|  Our first experience with buying a house had been very negative, until we met Linda Monte at ERA. We were trying to buy the house that we were renting, but the realtor was giving us a really hard time. We had been turned down for our loan because the agency had sent in an incomplete application. We didn't know where to turn. One rainy afternoon we saw a light on in front of the Crestview ERA. We went inside and immediately Linda came to our aid. We told her what we wanted and found the perfect home. Within a month of walking in that office, we had been approved for a loan (with no money down!), closed on our home, and moved in. I would recommend Linda Monte to anyone looking for a home. She stuck with us, was honest, and went the extra mile to help us into our first home. |  Friendly, Flexible, and in Frequent contact! Those are the three things that make Linda Monte such a great realtor to work with. My husband
and I looked for our house for over six months before we found the one that was exactly right for us. Of course, we started out doing the majority of the looking for it ourselves (mainly because my husband's only day off is Sunday). Then we met Linda. Not only was she one of the most friendly people we had ever met, she was also the most flexible. We usually ended up calling her last minute on a Sunday afternoon asking to see a house (or several) the very same day. She didn't huff and puff like most realtors would. In fact, she actually made a point to keep Sunday afternoons free JUST IN CASE we called. This is definitely not the response we got from some other people we contacted.
Linda also made sure that she gave us up to date information on any new houses that became available without being pushy or annoying like some realtors would be after showing a lot of houses. Especially after trying to find us a house that both my husband and I could agree on. There's a challenge! A miracle really did happen when we found our new home. We couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience, and Linda got us an excellent deal. I couldn't recommend her enough!
